We recently received some emails reported a bug with the new iTunes version of 12.10.2 or above. The converted files only have audio with much smaller file size. If you are in urgent need, we suggest you download iTunes V12.9 to convert your movies. (You can download iTunes V12.9 here)
Before you install iTunes V12.9, please uninstall iTunes from your computer and thoroughly delete all iTunes files.
Note: Please re-download the movies with the old version of iTunes since the new version of iTunes uses a different type of encryption technology. Meanwhile, remember to de-authorize your iTunes and re-authorize it all over.
